How to check the Form 168:
Login to income Income Tax portal and navigate to e-file section. Navigate to Income tax returns à View form 168, income tax Act,2025

Click on it. Screen will be redirected to the form 168

Click on View/Download Form 168/Annual Tax Statement

Select the Tax Year and chose the format in which you wanted to download the file. We can view the form online as well. Once you choose how you wanted to view the form and click on proceed.
