Two files: your trial balance, and a fixed asset register for PPE / intangibles.

Trial Balance Template
Ledger-level, with Schedule III Note dropdown (Notes 3–27)

Fixed Asset Register
Opening / additions / disposals per asset class → Notes 10.1 & 10.2
Why two files? Fixed assets need a movement schedule (opening, additions, disposals, depreciation) — a single closing balance in the TB can’t capture that, so PPE and Intangibles are tracked separately and connected automatically at generation time.

Trial Balance is required. Fixed Asset Register is required for accurate PPE/Intangible figures.
